Carrie Rodzwicz earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Pittsburgh and is pursuing a Master of Education in Higher Education Management, Administration & Policy at the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Education. She began working at UCSUR in 2006 as a Research Interviewer in the Survey Research Program and moved on to serving as Fieldwork Supervisor from 2009-2018. In addition to these roles, she served as Assistant Editor of the Journal of Intergenerational Relationships (JIR) (https://www.tandfonline.com/toc/wjir20/current) from 2006-2023. In 2013, she began working in UCSUR Business Operations as Pre-Award Grants Administrator and continues to serve her colleagues in that role.
Carrie has been a member of the Society of Research Administrators International (SRAI) since 2013 and has volunteered as United Way Campaign Manager and Campaign Advisory Committee founding member since 2013. In 2023, Carrie joined the University's Survivors Support Network (https://www.diversity.pitt.edu/survivor-support-network-members), housed within the University's Sexual Violence Prevention Office, to respond to and assist members of the University community in dealing with and overcoming acts of sexual and/or intimate partner violence.
