Rates for QDAP Services as of February 1, 2008

QDAP Program Director and Assistant Director
Increments of 10% rate of effort/month

Fulltime GSR Project Manager (PhD-track)
$1,400/month + 50% fringe (20 hours/week, minimum 1 semester)

Staff Project Managers & Coders
Increments of 10% rate of effort/month

Staff Transcriber Services
Hourly work converted to a % rate of effort/month
 

Part Time Hourly Graduate Student Coders & Transcribers
$12-16/hour (based on coder or transcriber experience level)

Part Time Hourly 'All-Temps' Coders & Transcribers
$12-16/hour (based on coder or transcriber experience level)
All-Temps coders require an additional 12% 'All-Temps' fee

Server and Software Fees
10% of direct costs (capped at $1,000/year for large projects)

Transcription Management Fee
10% of direct costs (capped at $1,000/year for large projects)

Indirect Cost Recovery
Applicable rates if federally funded, otherwise 25%

Federally Funded Project Fringe Benefits
33.5% (QDAP Director) 33.3% (UCSUR Staff) 7.9% (Part Time Hourly)

Non-Federally Funded Project Fringe Benefits
35% (QDAP Director) 36% (UCSUR Staff) 7.9% (Part Time Hourly)
